Tenovos Communications

Tenovos regularly communicates details about product updates, bug fixes, roadmap items, regular deployments, and feature release deployments. This page serves as a centralized reference of all communications. It includes links to our communication resources, an introduction to our Support Portal and Ideas portal, information about our product updates, an introduction to our Product Roadmap, and a summary of our regular email communications.

Tenovos Support Portal

The Tenovos Support Portal is a secure, personalized hub for customers to submit and manage support tickets for problems, requests, and general questions.

Tenovos Ideas Portal

Your feedback is essential to us and is a critical aspect of our planning and discovery process. Our ideas portal is where Tenovos customers can submit and vote on ideas across the Tenovos product suite.

  • Tenovos Platform. The complete suite of Enterprise DAM capabilities and features.
  • Tenovos Experience. All aspects of Tenovos that are centered on usability, customer experience and user interface design.

When you submit a new idea, you can expect the Tenovos product team to review it quickly and follow up with you if needed. Please add new ideas, comment on ideas to share your use case, and vote for the ideas that you would like to see happen!

Product updates

As an enterprise SaaS-based platform, we balance our release frequency with the ability our customers have to rollout the internal notifications, training, and change management that new or improved features often require. To ensure that customers are informed, our Tenovos Product Updates communicate details about our deployments.

Product Roadmap

The 12 month Tenovos Product Roadmap is available to customers who have registered for an account on the Tenovos Ideas Portal. It is updated automatically which means that you are always seeing the latest information.

The following statuses apply to Roadmap items and often are applied in the sequence shown below:

  • Not Started. Roadmap item is aligned to a quarter for delivery, however the work has not started yet.
  • Some Progress. Work on the Roadmap item has begun and some work is complete. There is no risk of delay.
  • On Track. This status is used after "Some Progress" and indicates delivery is expected on time in the quarter assigned.
  • Achieved. Indicates that the Roadmap item has been delivered.
  • At Risk. Roadmap items "At Risk" are likely to be moved to the following quarter for delivery.

Email communications

We regularly send out the following email communications:

  • Upcoming UAT/Production Product Update. Informs customers of targeted product update deployment dates for Production and UAT.
  • UAT/Production Update. Informs customers that an update is now live in Production and/or UAT. Sent the morning of UAT and Production deployments.
  • Customer Newsletters. Shares best practices, office hour topics, and various updates.
  • Maintenance Notifications. Announces scheduled system maintenance events.
  • Incident Notifications. Notifies and updates customers of availability incidents.
  • Product Offerings and Feature Announcements. Announces new Tenovos offerings and introduces new product features.

If you are not receiving an expected email communication, please contact Customer Sucess via a Question ticket in the Tenovos Support Portal. Note that the Tenovos email communications allow you to Opt Out. If you are not receiving emails, you've most likely opted out or the emails are going to your junk folder. Contact the Tenovos Customer Success team to opt back into the email communications.
