📄️ Bulk operations
Tenovos bulk operations allow users with the appropriate privileges to efficiently manage large groups of assets and their metadata. With these tools, you can export metadata, edit metadata, create asset versions, and upload assets in bulk. These operations are tracked in the Jobs center, where users can monitor the progress of their tasks, view validation results, and resolve issues with invalid data.
📄️ Clone assets
Cloning a Tenovos asset creates an exact copy of its content and metadata, but without its relationships or versions. Clones are not added to any collections or storyboards associated with the original asset.
📄️ Compare Versions
Version Compare allows users to compare asset versions on a pixel-by-pixel basis, providing a way to ensure visual consistency, quality control, and version accuracy. This tool allows users to precisely compare different versions of an asset, highlighting even the smallest visual changes that might otherwise go unnoticed—such as subtle color shifts, layout adjustments, or unwanted edits. Whether reviewing design iterations, catching production errors, or ensuring brand compliance, this feature empowers teams to make faster, more confident decisions by providing a clear, side-by-side visual audit trail. It's a critical capability for creative workflows where every pixel matters.
📄️ Collections
A collection is a group of assets that is curated for quick access. Like assets, collections can be assigned metadata via a metadata template.
📄️ Delete assets
You can delete individual and multiple assets, as long as you have the necessary permissions. Deleted assets are moved to the Recycle Bin and are no longer accessible in the Content gallery.
📄️ Download assets

📄️ InDesign assets
Tenovos supports the upload and management of compressed InDesign packages and individual InDesign files. When unpacking an InDesign package, Tenovos automatically creates Placed Graphic relationships between the InDesign .INDD file and its linked assets. For InDesign documents with missing or multiple potential matches for linked files, users can select the required assets.
📄️ Manage duplicate assets
Introduction
📄️ Work with asset metadata
Metadata is information about your assets—it helps you understand, locate, and manage them more effectively.
📄️ Proofing
Tenovos Proofing streamlines the review and approval process for assets added to Tenovos. It allows users to share and collect feedback on asset proofs, making creative collaboration easier and more effective. By automating key aspects of the workflow and centralizing feedback in one platform, it ensures teams stay in sync and can make informed decisions in real-time.

📄️ Relationships
Asset relationships are the defined connections or dependencies between assets. Asset relationships group together the derivatives, children, and placed graphics on the Asset Details page of the parent asset. This allows you to have quick access to related assets like edited versions or assets in similar marketing campaigns.
📄️ Replace asset preview
Tenovos automatically generates thumbnails and previews for uploaded image, video, and document assets which are displayed across the platform (e.g., in the Content gallery, Collections, the Cart, and Asset Details). For asset types without image previews—such as audio or compressed files—the file type is shown as the thumbnail.
📄️ Requests - Download assets
The Download Request Form (DLRF) controls asset downloads while also collecting data about those assets—who is downloading them and why. Users assigned the Request Download permission in a security template must complete a Download Request form before they can download the specified assets.
📄️ Requests - Review, assign, approve
Upload requests and download requests are sent to the Requests Inbox of all users ("approvers") with the Requests Inbox and Request Management privileges. This allows them to view the Requests inbox and review asset upload and download requests for approval and/or rejection.
📄️ Requests - Upload assets
Creating an upload request allows users to submit assets for review and approval before they are added to the platform. This ensures that assets meet organizational standards and are properly classified before being ingested. To create an upload request, users must specify key details, select a security and metadata template, and submit the request. Once submitted, designated approvers will review the assets and either approve or reject them.
📄️ Search for assets
You can search Tenovos to find the exact assets you need. Searches allow you to locate assets based on keywords that you provide. Filters allow you to locate assets based on specific metadata. To further refine your search results, you can combine searches and filters.
📄️ Sharing in Tenovos
You can share assets internally, externally, or by embedding them in a website. Assets can be shared from various locations, including the Content gallery, Collections, Searches, the Cart, and Asset Details. Internal users have the necessary credentials to access Tenovos, while external users do not have the login access.
📄️ Transformations
Transformations allows you to quickly create new assets in a pre-defined format from original assets. The options available to you depend on your permissions and system configuration. Some examples are the ability to transform a variety of file types to "High Res JPEG," "Low Res JPEG," and "High Res MP4."
📄️ Upload assets
Users have two options when it comes to uploading assets to Tenovos:
📄️ Version assets
Asset versioning allows you to track updates, maintain accurate metadata, and preserve a history of changes. The latest version of an asset is available in the Content gallery, while previous versions are stored in its version hisotry within Asset Details.
