The Sign In page is where you provide your credentials to access Tenovos. The Tenovos sign-in process allows users to log in with a username and password, Google, Google OpenID Connect, or Tenovos Azure credentials. First-time users must change the provided password upon logging in.

Tenovos is a permission-based platform that offers a customizable and secure environment for managing digital assets. Your access to content and the operations you can perform within Tenovos depend on the permissions granted to both the content itself and to your user role.

The Home page is the default landing page after you sign into Tenovos. The content you can see and the operations you can perform depend on your role privileges and the permissions assigned to the content.
📄️ Content gallery
The Content gallery offers a dynamic and customizable view of your available assets, displaying them based on your permissions. Whether you're looking for images, videos, or documents, the gallery presents previews that help you quickly locate and interact with your digital assets. As you scroll through the gallery, it automatically adjusts to display additional assets, ensuring a seamless browsing experience.
📄️ Tenovos Cart
The Cart serves as a centralized holding area for assets that you frequently use or wish to store for easy access. By adding assets to the Cart, you can keep them organized in one location, making it quicker and more efficient to retrieve them later.
📄️ Asset Details
The Asset Details page provides a comprehensive view of any asset in Tenovos, allowing you to explore its attributes, associated metadata, and security settings in one central location. This page features a larger preview of the asset, alongside details such as the file name/title, metadata, and the applied security templates. Additionally, it offers a range of actions that you can perform, such as adding the asset to your cart, downloading, sharing, and creating transformations.

The Asset Details page provides a comprehensive view of any asset in Tenovos. The Tenovos asset details page allows you to easily explore the asset's metadata, versions, relationships, duplicates, related collections and event history in one central location. This page features a larger preview of the asset, alongside details such as the file name/title, metadata, and the applied security templates. Additionally, it offers a range of actions that you can perform, such as adding the asset to your cart, downloading, sharing, and creating transformations.
📄️ Jobs Page
The Jobs center displays a list of your Tenovos processing requests and their status—In Progress, Validating, Complete, Completed with Errors, or Failed. The information is specific to you and does not include the jobs of other Tenovos users.
📄️ Keyboard shortcuts
Tenovos offers a variety of keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate and work more efficiently within the platform. Some of these shortcuts are specific to Tenovos, while others are universal commands you may already know. Whether you're managing assets, collections, or editing text, these shortcuts can streamline your workflow and save time.

On your profile menu, User Preferences allows you to personalize your Tenovos experience by customizing how you interact with the platform. From managing your profile to configuring asset upload settings, these preferences help streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and improve overall usability.
