Product Update

Production: June 12, 2023​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users. Product Updates occur frequently and are separate from Release Notes.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: June 08, 2023
  • Production: June 12, 2023
  • Availability: All Customers

Asset Badges​

Available to all customers on the latest version of Badges.

An update was made to badge icon colors so that when the chosen background color for the badge is a light color, the icon used will be black. Background colors that are darker will continue to use the white icons.

Bulk Operations​

Available to all customers on the latest version of Badges.

When staging files for upload in Bulk Operations, the upload button and validation button have been combined into a single button. This improves the flow of staging files during Bulk Operations. Users no longer need to press a separate upload button to advance in the bulk operations process.

Other Enhancements & Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where users with the Export Metadata Role Privilege were not seeing the option for Export Metadata on the Gallery page unless they had Edit Metadata privilege.
  • Resolved an issue where users with the Export Metadata Role Privilege were not seeing the option for Export Metadata on the Asset Details page unless they had Edit Metadata privilege.
  • Resolved an issue where customers where not able to replace previews when more than 20 assets were selected.
  • Other improvements to reprocessing of technical metadata which are not customer facing.
