Keyboard shortcuts

Tenovos offers a variety of keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate and work more efficiently within the platform. Some of these shortcuts are specific to Tenovos, while others are universal commands you may already know. Whether you're managing assets, collections, or editing text, these shortcuts can streamline your workflow and save time.

Working with assets​

  • Open asset details in the current window
    Mac: Left-click
    Windows: Left-click

  • Open asset details in a new tab
    Mac: Command + left-click
    Window: Control + left-click

  • Open asset details in a new window
    Mac: Shift + left-click
    Windows: Shift + left-click

  • Select multiple adjacent items
    Mac: Press and hold Shift. Click first item, then click last item.
    Windows: Press and hold Shift. Click first item, then click last item.

Working with collections​

  • Open a collection in the current window
    Mac: Left-click
    Windows: Left-click

  • Open a collection in a new tab
    Mac: Command + left-click
    Window: Control + left-click

  • Open a collection in a new window
    Mac: Shift + left-click
    Windows: Shift + left-click

  • Select multiple adjacent items
    Mac: Press and hold Shift key. Click first item, then click last item.
    Windows: Press and hold Shift key. Click first item, then click last item.

Working with text​

In the following keyboard shortcuts, press Command on a Mac or Control on Windows.

  • Cut the selected text
    Cmd/Ctrl + X

  • Copy the selected text
    Cmd/Ctrl + C

  • Paste the copied or cut text
    Cmd/Ctrl + V

  • Select all of the text in the active field, page, or window
    Cmd/Ctrl + A

  • Undo the previous text edit
    Cmd/Ctrl + Z
