Content gallery

The Content gallery offers a dynamic and customizable view of your available assets, displaying them based on your permissions. Whether you're looking for images, videos, or documents, the gallery presents previews that help you quickly locate and interact with your digital assets. As you scroll through the gallery, it automatically adjusts to display additional assets, ensuring a seamless browsing experience.

To enhance your asset management, the gallery provides multiple options for adjusting the display and refining your search. You can use Search to find specific assets, apply Filters to narrow results by metadata, and switch between different view layouts like Grid, List, or Masonry. Additionally, the Sort By feature allows you to organize based on criteria such as Created Date, File Name, or Approval Status, providing flexibility in how you manage and access your content.

The gallery's task bar offers a variety of actions that can be performed on selected assets, depending on your permissions. These actions including downloading, adding assets to your cart, sharing them, or bulk-editing metadata. For more advanced asset management, the context menu provides additional options such as managing relationships, creating versions, replacing previews, and exporting metadata.

Adjust displayed assets

You can adjust the displayed assets with:

  • Filters. Narrow search results by specific metadata.

  • Search Assets. Locate assets based on search terms that you provide. Next to the Search field,

  • Targeted search allows you to add even more granularity by searching against specific data including Everything, Asset ID, File Name, Metadata, and Content.

  • Save Search stores frequently used search parameters within Tenovos, saving you from having to repeatedly enter the same search criteria.

  • Sort ByFeature Flag. Sort assets based on available metadata fields like Created Date, File Name, or Approval Status.

  • Switch View. Display assets in a Grid, List, or Masonry view.

Task bar options

Depending on your permissions and the number and type of assets you have selected, the task bar may contain some or all of the following options.

  • Select all. Select all assets on the page.
  • Deselect All. Clear all asset selections.
  • Download Selected. Download the selected assets.
  • Add to Cart. Add the selected assets to the Cart.
  • Transformations. Transform the selected assets.
  • Share. Share asset links with users.

The following Actions can be accessed by expanding the context menu in the task bar.
